Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

• 10+ years in testing, evaluating hardware/software, and documenting results.
• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in an agile, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate Mission Readiness by developing and executing comprehensive test plans across multiple security classifications.
• Engineer automated testing capabilities and analysis tools to enable end-to-end assessment of system performance and security.
• Optimize system performance by configuring and operating network, voice, and video quality analysis tools and modeling suites.
• Deconstruct complex anomalies with root-cause analysis to diagnose and resolve issues uncovered during testing.
• Document operational truth with detailed methodologies, analyses, and technical assessment reports.
