Job summary

Leidos seeks a senior test and evaluation engineer near Fort Meade to support NC3 missions. You will design and execute test plans, develop automated test tools, and analyze results to ensure mission readiness across multiple security classifications.

You will document methodologies, work with DoD stakeholders, and leverage MS Office and collaboration tools to communicate findings clearly. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and extensive testing experience.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or educational equivalent.
• 10+ years in testing, evaluation of hardware/software, and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Validate Mission Readiness with comprehensive test plans across security classifications.
• Engineer automated testing solutions and analysis tools to enable end-to-end assessment.
• Optimize system performance using network, voice, and video quality analysis tools.
• Deconstruct complex anomalies through root-cause analysis.
• Document methodologies and technical assessment reports.
