You will provide Tier 3 engineering support, ensure high availability, and manage capacity, replication, and data recovery across classified and unclassified networks.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of storage experience in DoD/IC.
• Experience with NAS, SAN, replication and DR.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in WAN environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise storage and NAS/SAN appliances.
• Provide Tier 3 storage engineering support for incidents.
• Install patches and perform storage platform updates.
• Manage storage allocation, capacity planning, and replication strategies.
• Analyze and resolve complex storage and network storage issues.
• Troubleshoot and restore storage across WANs to ensure availability.
• Support data recovery operations and maintain documentation.
