Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC seeks a MID INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at Lackland AFB, TX, with an active TS/SCI clearance. This role requires senior-level administrative expertise to manage complex tasks for defense intelligence customers using AF templates and E-SSS forms.

You will collaborate across directorates and Wings, using multiple Microsoft systems across three networks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policy. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized administrative support experience (senior level)
• Proven ability to proof and synthesize diverse inputs into cohesive documents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with confidential/sensitive information workflows

Responsibilities

• Staff actions using AF FORM 1768 (E-SSS) for customers
• Schedule conference rooms and manage calendars/Recall Rosters
• Collaborate with 16AF HQ and Wings to ensure timely task completion
• Prepare read-ahead materials and intelligence products
• Coordinate cross-domain data transfers and intelligence dissemination support

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Associate’s degree + 4 years experience
