Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC seeks a MID INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at Lackland AFB, TX to provide senior-level administrative support and intelligence team assistance. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, advanced MS Office skills, and experience coordinating with multiple directorates and wings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized administrative support experience at senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree (experience may be substituted by additional related experience).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to review, edit, format, and synthesize inputs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage workflow for confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience supporting intelligence analysts and engineers in various disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Review documents for accuracy and prepare correspondence per policy formats.
• Coordinate RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; build read-ahead materials.
• Manage security access and prepare read-ahead books for meetings and functions.
• Lead teams in researching complex problems and applying analytic methodologies.
