Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Tier 2 Helpdesk Specialist in Albuquerque, NM, to support large-scale migration and operations on a major DOD contract.

The role covers installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity defense of data and applications in the DTRA Data Center, on classified and unclassified systems. The candidate must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and have IAT Level II certification prior to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 8+ years IT experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance at consideration time.
• Current 8140/8570 IT IAT Level II certification required before start.
• IT ticketing system experience and remote desk takeover tools.
• Experience meeting service level goals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate IT issues remotely or deskside.
• Resolve connection and imaging issues on classified endpoints.
• Perform VDI troubleshooting and SIPR thin client resets.
• Deploy and troubleshoot printers and coordinate servicing.
• Set up equipment for onboarding and basic desktop installs.
• Provide root-cause analysis for complex incidents and document fixes.
