Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Aurora, CO is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of Information System Security Professionals on-site. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and experience implementing RMF, DAAG, JSIG, and related government policies.

You will mentor leaders, shape certification efforts, coordinate with executives and customers, and ensure continuous authorization of secured environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Manager Classified Cybersecurity 2 – IAM level III certification (examples: CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO).
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance (at a minimum), or must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Information System Security Professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
• Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support system A&A.
• Lead the implementation of government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
• Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, performance management, and open communication.
