Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Classified Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of information security professionals in Aurora, CO. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, on-site work, and extensive experience with RMF and government policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience.
• U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for IAM level III certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO)
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance (or enrolled in CE program)
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams and implementing RMF or related frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
• Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee strict program control processes that mitigate risk and support A&A.
• Lead the implementation of government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
• Foster an environment for development, teamwork, performance management and open communication.
• Ensure environments stay compliant and obtain formal accreditation from government agencies.
• Interact with executives, PMO and customers on significant technical matters.
