Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Senior Budget position to provide analytic support to the Comptroller's office. The successful candidate will assist in the budget formulation process, develop budget information, and track expenditures to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Applicants must have strong accounting skills, at least 10 years of experience, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Experience with accounting systems and delivering financial reports is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with applicable accounting principles and standards.
• Experience developing year-end closeout recommendations for a 99% obligation rate.
• Experience creating Budget Formulation reports and TRACKING Congressional language.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support during the budget formulation process.
• Prepare and deliver financial status reports and manageinvoice payments.
• Assist the Comptroller's office with financial management assignments.
