The role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 5+ years of related experience, with strong communication, time management, and project skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Designs and completes tasks and projects for the Trust Department.
• Manages trade orders, placements, and settlements.
• Prepares outgoing wires for settlement.
• Communicates in writing and verbally to ensure project completion.
• Liaises between Trust Management Services and CTC on trading and asset transfers.
• Coordinates asset transfers and tax lot/cost basis.
