Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Trust Operations Administrator to support the trust operations team with subject matter expertise, metrics reporting, and project coordination. You will help manage escalations, refine workflows in Salesforce, and produce actionable reports for leadership.

You will ensure compliance with trust regulations and act as a liaison between account operations, service, and sales, contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent financial services experience required.
• 7+ years financial services experience in a securities processing or asset servicing required.
• 3–5 years alternative asset experience including exposure to trust and/or custody practices required.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in financial services with complex workflows required.
• CISP and/or SDIP certifications are preferred in candidate profile.

Responsibilities

• Support trust operations and leadership with strategic initiatives, metrics reporting, and escalation handling.
• Monitor Salesforce queues and improve workflows and reporting for efficiency and quality.
• Provide management reporting to director and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with trust regulations, security standards, and related policies.
• Assist in developing and executing team strategic initiatives and process improvements.
