Job summary

Columbia Private Trust seeks a Trust Operations Administrator to support strategic initiatives, analytics, and issue remediation. You will guide process improvements, oversee Salesforce workflows, and provide critical reporting to leadership in a secure, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive trust operations experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with IRA services. This onsite Denver role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years financial services experience in a securities processing or asset servicing environment.
• 3–5 years alternative asset experience including exposure to trust and/or custody practices.
• 1–2 years leadership experience including leading a team of employees in a financial services role with responsibility for complex or escalated workflows.
• Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) or SDIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support trust operations through reporting, project management, and issue remediation.
• Oversee Salesforce queues to ensure timely work with quality control and risk management.
• Provide management reporting to directors and team leads.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements with SME input.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management on High Net Worth client activity.
