Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Trust Operations Specialist – Client Service in Denver to handle investor inquiries on private equity, real estate, and more. You will research issues, follow KYC and regulatory requirements, and provide exceptional omni-channel support to clients, advisors, attorneys, and sponsors.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across 25 software applications in a multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in a customer success role with detailed transactions.
• Knowledge of trust accounting, IRAs and ERISA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer client questions about investments and transactions.
• Research and analyze complex issues to resolve inquiries.
• Adhere to KYC, GLBA, BSA and IRS regulations.
• Investigate account issues and document outcomes.
• Escalate and draft professional responses as needed.
