Arden Trust Company, part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking a Trust Officer Senior to oversee account administration, client satisfaction for beneficiaries and referring advisors, and to help drive policy and process improvements within trust operations.

The role requires leadership, strong client service, and experience in trust account administration, with coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery of new business opportunities; coordinate with financial advisors and business development.
• Implement strategic policies to obtain results.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Handle trust account administration tasks per internal procedures, including opening/closing accounts and fee management.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and bank examiners; provide solutions and reconciliations.
