Job summary

At Atlassian, a Senior Manager will lead the Trust Engagement team across the Americas, driving growth of customer trust in our Cloud products. You will collaborate with Security, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to shape enterprise strategies while scaling processes for a global audience.

You will mentor a high-performing team, influence executives, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes, aligning with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive management experience in Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Proven mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in security, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee Trust Engagement team interactions with Trust & Security, GTM/Sales, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Customer Support.
Enhance Trust & Security practices and drive strategic improvements to internal processes.
Influence security and compliance product features and strengthen customer engagement.
