Job summary

At Atlassian, the Trust Engagement team protects customer trust across cloud products and global operations. As Senior Manager, you will lead a high‑performing AMER team, partner with security, legal, compliance, and sales, and shape a scalable trust program.

You’ll influence executive strategy, drive improvements to processes, and ensure customer trust outcomes at scale across a rapidly growing cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in security, governance, risk and compliance.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high performing teams.
• Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Experience scaling trust and security programs in large enterprises.
• Experience briefing executives and customers on trust, security and compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interactions with Trust & Security, Go-To-Market, Compliance, Privacy, Legal and Support.
• Improve Trust Engagement practices, processes, tooling and metrics.
• Lead enterprise strategy aligned with Atlassian trust objectives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and scalable trust programs.
• Act as escalation point for strategic & enterprise customers; ensure timely resolutions.
