Job summary

Atlassian seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Trust Engagement team in the United States, driving trust, security, and compliance initiatives for global customers. You will mentor an AMER-based group, align with security, privacy, legal, and GTM stakeholders, and influence product features to strengthen customer trust across Atlassian Cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management roles in security, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience mentoring and developing high performing teams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Proven success scaling trust and security programs in large orgs.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale workflows.
• Familiarity with AI security, data residency, and vendor attestations.
• Proven ability to brief executives and customers on trust strategies.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and similar certifications.
• Experience with Regulatory Compliance, Global Privacy Programs, Cloud Security.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage a high performing AMER-based team.
• Contribute to strategic planning for the Trust Engagement function.
• Drive improvements in processes, tooling, and reporting.
• Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams on initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for enterprise customer escalations.
• Support Executive Briefings by presenting Trust Strategy.
• Assist in negotiating security terms for Customer Agreements.
