Job summary

Atlassian seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Trust Engagement function for Enterprise and strategic customers. You will shape the Trust Program, drive scalable security practices, and partner with Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Support to deliver customer trust across Cloud products.

You will mentor a high‑performing AMER‑based team, influence senior leadership, and ensure alignment with Atlassian’s trust objectives while leveraging AI tools to scale engagement workflows and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in management roles within security, governance, risk, and compliance.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Experience leading programs that scale trust and security across large organizations.

Responsibilities

Oversee interactions with Trust & Security, Go-To-Market, Compliance, Privacy, Legal and Customer Support.
Lead strategic enhancements to internal processes and security/compliance product features.
Drive improvements in processes, tooling, and reporting for scalable engagement.
Brief executives and customers on trust, security, and compliance strategy.
Negotiate security and compliance terms for customer agreements.
