Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager for Trust Engagement in the United States. You will lead a globally distributed team of security and compliance professionals, driving the growth and expansion of customer trust across our Cloud products.

The role requires shaping enterprise strategies, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable trust programs. You will partner with security, compliance, legal, sales, and privacy teams to improve processes, technology, and reporting,

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in security, governance, risk and compliance management.
Proven ability to mentor and develop high performing teams.
Experience influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee interactions with Trust & Security, GTM/Sales, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Support.
Lead strategic enhancements to internal processes; shape product security features.
Strengthen customer engagement and trust in Atlassian Cloud products.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for AMER-based professionals.
Drive enterprise strategy that aligns with Atlassian’s Trust objectives.
Improve processes, tooling, and reporting to scale Trust Engagement programs.
Partner with security, compliance, and legal on strategic initiatives.
Lead executive briefings and contribute to customer security discussions.
Support legal negotiations of security terms in customer agreements.
