Ascendance Trucks, Inc. is seeking a motivated, full-time Service Manager to direct the Service Department, manage personnel, budgets, and customer satisfaction. The role requires supervising technicians, training staff, and implementing strategies to meet profitability targets.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience, hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks, and strong communication skills while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience required.
• Experience in heavy-duty truck/engine repair and installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose service issues and resolve complaints.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in employee supervision and personnel administration.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead the Service Department team to achieve customer, operating and profitability objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the best possible service standards.
• Plan and review compensation actions and train new employees as needed.
• Forecast and manage annual sales, service budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize service delivery.
