Qualifications

• :8+ years IT experience in senior or expert roles on large, complex systems.
• Hands-on TRIRIGA or Maximo experience required.
• 5+ years with Oracle DB, Java/J2EE, MS Office, AutoCAD, ETL tools.
• 5+ years managing gov DBs with PII/SSI.
• Relational DB design and development experience.
• UI/UX & Web Dev: HTML/CSS/JS; Bootstrap/Foundation/Materialize; ReactJS/AngularJS; Webpack/Grunt/Gulp; Sass/SCSS.
• DevOps: Git and containerization tools (Docker/Vagrant/Mesos).
• Education and Clearance: Bachelor's in IS/CS; US Citizenship; DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC projects including performance analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Provide maintenance and enhancements; estimate LOE for SCRs.
• Configure/integrate apps with Office 365; data loading and migration scripts.
• Develop and test web services interfacing with DHS/partner systems.
• Participate in architecture decisions and performance tuning.
• Implement UI/UX, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Provide database support for large government databases with PII/SSI.
• Integrate AutoCAD floor plans into enterprise platform (.dwg loading).
• Communicate complex concepts to executive DHS stakeholders.
• Contribute to Metric5 growth initiatives.
