Job summary

Metric5 is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead TRIRIGA/Maximo based solutions in the Washington DC metro area. You will drive full lifecycle development, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure secure data handling for large government datasets.

Requires 8+ years of IT experience, strong Oracle/Java expertise, and proficiency in AutoCAD and web technologies. Hybrid work in DC area; candidates must be US citizens and able to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience on large, complex business systems.
• Hands-on with IBM TRIRIGA or IBM Maximo required.
• 5+ years with Oracle DB, Java/J2EE, Office, AutoCAD, and ETL tools.
• Experience designing secure relational databases with PIISSI/SSI data.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; familiar with Bootstrap/Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full SDLC activities including design, development, testing and performance analysis.
• Support Agile estimation and development ceremonies.
• Provide maintenance and enhancements for ongoing systems.
• Analyze user stories and provide LOE estimates for SCRs.
• Configure and integrate applications with systems like Office 365.
• Develop data loading, validation and migration scripts for facility data.
• Develop web services to interface with external systems.
• Participate in architecture decisions and performance tuning.
• Apply responsive web design across platforms and ensure browser independence.
• Manage large databases containing PII and SSI with data fixes.
• Integrate AutoCAD floor plans and ensure DWG loads load error-free.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives.
