Job summary

Metric5 is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead the DHS project focused on real property and logistics assets, with expertise in TRIRIGA/Maximo. The role is based in Washington, DC Metro Area with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the program leadership and coordinating with the COR/CO.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in information systems development and large-scale deployments, strong communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams in federal IT programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information systems development and end-to-end PM.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven enterprise implementations, integrations or data migrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution across lifecycle using Agile.
• Deliver Agile artifacts: backlogs, burn-downs, velocity.
• Manage schedules and budgets with MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Prepare schedules per SELC guidelines.
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports to CO/COR.
• Develop communication plans for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and training.
• Participate in corporate growth initiatives.
