Washington Auto Law is expanding its litigation team and seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a tech-forward, remote-friendly environment. You will own files, workflows, and the digital infrastructure needed to scale our growing litigation department.

Responsibilities include trial preparation, managing discovery, and drafting complex documents. Candidates should have 10+ years in litigation support, with a focus on auto-accident cases and a paralegal credential or higher degree.

This role is primarily aremote/work-from-home position, offering excellent autonomy, with the expectation of occasional in-person collaboration, team meetings, or intensive trial preparation at our office in Renton. You will take hands-on ownership of the files, workflows, and digital infrastructure required to scale our growing litigation department.

Required Skills

• Compassionate Client Communication: Exceptional ability to build trust and maintain clear, proactive, and deeply empathetic communication with injury victims navigating significant trauma and stress.
• Meticulous Trial Preparation: Master-level capability in anticipating case needs, tracking complex statutory litigation deadlines, mapping deposition logistics, and assembling pristine, courtroom-ready trial binders.
• Advanced Civil Procedure: Understand Washington State Superior Court Rules (CR) and local county rules, with deep expertise in electronic filing (e-filing) and strict deadline calculation.
• Discovery Formulation & Execution: Ability to independently draft comprehensive answers to interrogatories, structure requests for production, and systematically manage large-scale electronic document productions.
• Medical Specialization: Advanced capability to audit, interpret, and cross-reference complex medical records (including traumatic brain injuries) and draft detailed medical chronologies and billing summaries.
• Tech-Forward Workflow Management: Exceptional proficiency utilizing modern cloud-based case management software and digital document platforms to maintain an efficient, paperless remote workspace.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated experience working as a litigation paralegal, with a heavy emphasis on plaintiff-side auto accidents.
• Trial Exposure: Direct experience managing the administrative and logistical lifecycle of multiple personal injury cases through active trial preparation and submittal.
• Education: Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Mindset: An organized, detail-obsessed professional who handles high-stakes deadlines with calm solutions, values open teamwork, and approaches traumatized injury victims with genuine empathy.
• Location Flexibility: Ability to work highly effective from home while being available for occasional team collaboration or intensive trial prep days at our Renton office.
