• Minimum 10+ years of dedicated experience as a litigation paralegal focusing on plaintiff-side auto accidents.
• Direct experience managing the lifecycle of multiple personal injury cases through trial prep.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work from home with occasional collaboration or intensive trial prep days at Renton office.
