Abogados de Accidentes is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney in the Galleria area of Houston with 5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation and trial experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and a strong suit in client service is expected.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation with trial experience.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Well versed in all facets of litigation including Texas Procedure.
- Experience managing paralegals and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Litigate personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
- Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, file motions.
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and defense counsel, attend hearings, mediations and trials.
