A well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with over 5 years of high-volume litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing and research skills and be knowledgeable in Texas procedures. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Familiarity with Texas procedure, discovery, depositions, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage a demanding caseload with a friendly team.
• Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate cases with insurance companies and attend court hearings.
• Compensation consists of a competitive base salary dependent on experience plus commission based on the value of resolved cases.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in the Galleria area. 5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation with trial experience required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The firm maintains a friendly team approach and a demanding caseload.
• Possess strong legal writing and research skills and be well versed in all facets of litigation, including Texas Procedure, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, negotiating cases with insurance companies and defense counsel, attending court hearings, mediations and trials.
• Manage a dedicated staff of paralegals and support clerks; possess very good case management and leadership skills; be very detail-oriented and have strong commitment to client service.
• Compensation consists of a competitive base salary dependent on experience plus commission based on the value of resolved cases.
