The ideal candidate will possess strong legal writing and research skills and be knowledgeable in Texas procedures. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong legal writing and research skills; knowledge of Texas Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a demanding caseload with a friendly team.
• Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate cases with insurance companies and attend court hearings.
