Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct deposition proceedings.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and pretrial conferences.
• Attend mediations and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Handle and try lawsuits from start to finish.
