The ideal candidate will be a true trial lawyer with substantial experience handling high-exposure tort litigation, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction accidents, premises liability, and other complex casualty matters.

• Substantial courtroom experience and ability to lead complex tort/casualty matters.
• Proven track record handling high-exposure cases and going to trial.
• Experience working with experts, witnesses and corporate clients.

• Owns litigation lifecycle from case strategy to verdict.
• Develops case and trial strategy; conducts and defends depositions.
• Manages complex discovery and identifies/drafts with expert witnesses.
• Travel nationally for depositions, hearings and trials; lead significant trials.
