We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our complex litigation practice.
The ideal attorney is a true trial lawyer with substantial experience handling high-exposure tort litigation, preferably involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, construction accidents, premises liability, property damage or other complex casualty matters.
This role involves ownership throughout the litigation lifecycle, including:
Candidates should have meaningful courtroom experience and be comfortable independently developing complex cases.
Attorneys with strong prosecutorial backgrounds who subsequently developed civil litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
