Jobot is expanding its national complex litigation team and seeks an experienced Trial Attorney with 8–15+ years of experience in high-exposure tort defense, including catastrophic injury and product liability. The role offers significant trial responsibility, comprehensive case strategy, and national travel.

California, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida-based attorneys are encouraged to apply, with remote flexibility in some cases.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of litigation experience.
• Significant tort and/or casualty defense experience.
• Demonstrated jury trial experience.
• First-chair experience preferred.
• Catastrophic injury and/or wrongful death experience valued.
• Product liability or construction litigation relevant.
• Experience with expert witnesses; strong deposition, motion and case-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop case and trial strategy.
• Conduct fact investigations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage complex discovery.
• Identify and develop expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Conduct mediations and settlements.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony.
• First- or second-chair significant trials.
• Advise sophisticated corporate and insurance clients.
• Travel nationally for depositions, hearings and trials.
