FrankCrum Staffing in Clearwater, FL seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend Frank Winston Crum Insurance Co. and related affiliates in complex civil matters across Florida. The role involves trial work, strategy development, and close collaboration with claims teams.

Required: Juris Doctor, active Florida Bar, 7+ years of civil litigation experience; construction defect exposure and Chapter 558 familiarity are a plus. Strong tech and case-management skills are expected.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably insurance defense.
• Jury trial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with construction defect claims and Chapter 558 pre-suit is a plus.
• Proficiency with litigation case management platforms and AI tools for research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Update all aspects of assigned matters from pre-trial through post-trial resolution.
• Develop strategies to meet litigation objectives and prompt resolution.
• Defend insureds in property, bodily injury, and construction defect claims.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and related tasks.
• Ensure carrier reporting guidelines are followed with detail.
• Collaborate with Claims Management and clients; analyze case performance.
