The primary responsibilities include managing general litigation cases, such as securities litigation, insurance coverage, construction, general commercial litigation, employment litigation, general tort litigation, and transportation litigation. The role requires excellent writing and communication skills, along with courtroom and deposition experience.

We are a full-service law firm representing clients nationwide in all facets of litigation and transactional needs.
