Job summary

PNC is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex Treasury Management initiatives across multiple lines of business. Based in Phoenix, AZ, or other major locations, you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic programs and provide clear governance and reporting.

You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor other program managers while advancing enterprise goals within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with budgeting and governance.
• Ability to present data-driven insights to senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Strategy, Development, Operations and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Leads a cross functional program/project team to execute strategic corporate programs (> $25m).
• Manages detailed planning stages and influences decisions to meet goals.
• Oversees program budget and reporting; ensures program success.
• Evaluates program results and suggests improvements.
• Mentors other program managers and collaborates with service partners.
