Job summary

PNC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager III for its Treasury Management organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or other major U.S. locations including Chicago, Tampa, or Phoenix.

The role leads cross-functional programs with budgets often exceeding $25M, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, forecast revenue and expenses, and deliver go-to-market materials. Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years industry experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Manage program budgets and provide regular reporting.
• Assess program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
