Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, consulting, or Finance/Treasury
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with a data-driven approach
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Operate independently with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive Treasury/Finance engagement in enterprise change, embedding perspectives early
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives with IT, Risk, Operations
• Structure workstreams, track progress, and maintain governance routines
• Lead structured analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Build partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Risk, IT, and Operations and communicate in governance forums
