Job summary

HTeaO, a growing tea franchise, seeks a Senior Treasury Accountant to own cash operations end-to-end and serve as the technical accounting resource for the franchisee network. This hybrid role blends hands-on treasury execution with GAAP expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage cash flow forecasting, bank relationships, intercompany funding as applicable, and support audits while developing policies and training materials for franchise accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in accounting/treasury, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and technical accounting research.
• Experience managing banking relationships and cash operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute cash-related tasks: payments, wires, ACH.
• Forecast cash flow and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain bank relationships and reconciliations.
• Develop treasury policies and internal controls.
• Serve as technical accounting resource for GAAP compliance.
