Trading Technologies Limited seeks a Senior Tax & Treasury Accountant to own the company’s tax function across global entities and support treasury activities including cash management and banking operations. Based in Chicago, you will ensure accurate ASC 740 tax provision, compliance, and intercompany transactions.

You will collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and FP&A to improve tax and cash processes in a fast‑growing SaaS business environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm preferred) and/or corporate tax within a multinational company; 5+ years for Manager-level candidates.
• Technical knowledge of ASC 740, US federal and multistate corporate income tax, and indirect tax (sales & use, VAT/GST).
• Treasury exposure with cash management and banking operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Analytical skills: highly organized, detail-oriented, can meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration to explain tax and cash matters to non-tax stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and support the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including deferred tax analysis and disclosures.
• Manage US federal, state, and international income tax compliance with external advisors.
• Oversee indirect tax compliance (sales/use, VAT/GST) and nexus monitoring.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany charge calculations.
• Serve as primary contact for tax notices, audits, and responses with advisors.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Monitor daily cash positions and execute intercompany transfers and payments.
• Manage bank relationships, signatory updates, and bank portal access.
• Identify opportunities to automate tax and treasury workflows in ERP and tax engines.
