Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage intercompany accounting, reconcile complex balance sheets, and own treasury and lease reporting. The role focuses on GAAP compliance, fixed assets, and investments, with cross‑functional collaboration across finance and technology teams.

You will contribute to process improvements, work under deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality finance environment. Hybrid work is available in Arcadia/Pasadena, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3–4 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar applications
• Familiar with 13-period calendar accrual
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations in GAAP framework.
• Own lease accounting, including percentage rent calculations and landlord reporting.
• Support treasury operations: cash flow forecasting, banking relations, and loan tracking.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and depreciation schedules.
• Track investments, distributions, and dividends; assist with unclaimed property compliance.
• Assist with systems implementations and bank interface integrations.
• Provide cross‑functional support to accounting and sales tax reporting.
