Job summary

Rex is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to design and run a scaled treasury across its multi-entity platform. You will own cash control, fraud defense, investor servicing, and treasury modernization.

The role demands a builder mindset, rigor, and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fully remote environment. You will oversee real-time cash positioning, dual controls, and positive pay across dozens of banks and hundreds of accounts, while delivering rolling liquidity

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of treasury or multi-entity cash management experience.
• Experience managing complex cash operations through a full rate cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cash control and fraud defense across multiple entities with real-time visibility.
• Manage investor servicing: capital calls, preferred return payouts, and distributions.
• Modernize treasury using API bank feeds and AI tooling to reduce manual work.
• Track debt covenants and liquidity, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Head of Finance and operations to align treasury with lender and investor requirements.
