Job summary

Rex is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to build and own the treasury function across a multi-entity platform. This role demands rigorous cash control, fraud defense, and investor servicing, with real-time visibility across dozens of banking relationships and hundreds of accounts.

You will modernize treasury processes using API feeds and AI-enabled tools, driving rolling liquidity forecasts and strict governance across Rex’s diverse real estate, insurtech, and private equity

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of treasury or multi-entity cash management experience.
• Experience with real-time cash positioning and fraud defense.
• Comfort with API bank feeds and AI-enabled treasury tools.

Responsibilities

• Own cash control and fraud defense across the platform with real-time visibility.
• Manage investor servicing, capital calls, and distributions for 300+ investors.
• Modernize treasury using API feeds and AI tooling.
• Partner with the Head of Finance and fund operations to align treasury execution with lender requirements.
