Job summary

Rex is seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to design and own the treasury infrastructure for a scaling, multi-entity platform. You will run real-time cash positioning, implement fraud controls, and manage capital calls and distributions for 300+ investors.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, API bank feeds, and tight regulatory discipline. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will modernize the function across real estate, insurtech, and private equity funds while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-entity cash management and controls.
• Proven ability to manage complex cash operations through a full rate cycle.
• Strong emphasis on safety, liquidity, and regulatory discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own cash control and fraud defense across 20+ banks and hundreds of accounts.
• Run daily cash positioning with real-time clarity across deals and entities.
• Manage investor capital mechanics: capital calls, payouts, and distributions.
• Modernize treasury with API bank feeds and AI tooling.
• Track debt covenants, DSCR tests, and lender requirements.
• Build rolling liquidity forecasts reflecting CapEx burn and debt service.
• Optimize treasury and ERP integrations to scale with the entity list.
