Workday is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team in Pleasanton, CA. This role leads the global rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, owning forecast quality, insights, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and other functions to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and strengthen liquidity planning. The role also explores AI tools to enhance forecasting and decision-making in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury or a related field.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, with end-to-end ownership for forecast quality, rigor, and continuous improvement.
• Refine forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and data inputs to improve accuracy of projected liquidity needs.
• Perform forecast vs actual analysis to identify root causes and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop an understanding of drivers of cash movements and translate analysis into insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Provide executive-level visibility into liquidity shifts and forecast changes to support timely decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve forecasting efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to liquidity management strategy by connecting near-term insights to operational decisions.
