Workday is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to lead our Corporate Treasury team in Pleasanton, CA. This role owns the 13-week cash flow forecast, improves forecast quality, and partners across FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and more to strengthen liquidity planning.

You’ll apply advanced financial modeling, drive continuous improvement, and explore AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy while communicating insights to senior leadership. Flexible/Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or related area.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead global 13-week cash flow forecast with end-to-end ownership.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and data inputs for liquidity planning.
• Perform forecast vs actual analysis to refine accuracy.
• Translate cash movement drivers into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR and others to improve processes.
• Identify and apply AI/tools to enhance forecasting efficiency and insight.
