Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Treasury Analytics Lead to build out cash forecasting, capital planning, and risk models that enhance treasury infrastructure. You will contribute to a future with AI-native processes and drive visibility into cash and capital across the firm.

You will collaborate with finance leadership, accounting, FP&A, and operations to support growth and long-term capital efficiency strategies, delivering robust forecasting and optimal cash utilization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or related analytics.
• Experience at a large bank or fintech is preferred.
• Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, ALM, balance sheet and banking products.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Develop cash forecasting and capital planning models for strategic decisions.
• Build treasury data infrastructure and a scalable reporting framework.
• Develop ALM, FX risk, and cost of capital models for decision support.
• Enhance reporting, controls, and automated reconciliation processes.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and capital adequacy oversight across entities.
