Empower is seeking a Senior Analyst Treasury Cash Forecasting & Analysis to own cash forecasting, variance analysis, and driving automation across forecasting processes. You will partner with Treasury, Investments, and Portfolio Management to deliver reliable outputs and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, Kyriba TMS, Power BI, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency. A strong background in finance and data analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (5–7+ years preferred).
• Experience in life insurance/retirement recordkeeping environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow interplay.
• 3–5 years of Kyriba TMS experience required.
• Financial modeling with data analytics, automation, and technical problem solving.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain weekly cash forecast with validated sources.
• Create detailed variance analyses and explain key cash flow drivers.
• Enhance sensitivity and scenario analyses for cash balances.
• Collaborate with Treasury leadership, Investments, and Portfolio Management.
• Identify opportunities to automate forecasting using Power Automate, Power Query, AI, and other tools.
• Support Kyriba TMS with actuals analysis and forecast inputs; manage budget code tagging rules.
• Use Kyriba TMS to generate reports for cash forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance (Accounting) to align financial strategies with risk and objectives.
• Support the Treasurer with special projects, including presentations and analyses.
