You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and drive client experience, risk mitigation, and revenue growth. In this role you will act as SME for Treasury Management implementations, mentor junior staff, and partner with sales, operations, risk, and other internal partners to deliver strategic initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and implementations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary implementation lead for the most complex Treasury Management requests across products, regions, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk assessments; manage timelines and dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure client experience and successful delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff on implementations and operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all activities.
• Track performance and report status to leadership with executive summaries.
