Job summary

Columbia Bank in Denver seeks an experienced Treasury Management Consultant to provide consultative service to large business clients with complex treasury needs. You will develop new treasury management business, expand relationships, onboard clients, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to implement solutions.

The role requires extensive treasury management knowledge, strong sales planning, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business or related field (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of treasury management sales, service and/or support experience.
• Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems and treasury management solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans in assigned territory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new treasury management business and expand relationships.
• Lead client/prospect calls with Relationship Managers and Solutions Consultant.
• Collaborate with product teams to create or enhance treasury solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and train new staff as appropriate.
• Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation of services.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting treasury management.
