Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management professional to consult with large business clients on cash flow, liquidity, FX, and related treasury solutions. You will develop new treasury business, expand relationships, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and other lines of business to onboard clients and implement services.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of treasury management sales, service and/or support experience.
- Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems and treasury solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans within the territory.
- Ability to manage complex commercial relationships and lead solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans and presenter calls with Relationship Managers.
- Lead consultative cash flow presentations to prospects and clients.
- Lead client/prospect sales calls with RM and solutions consultant.
- Drive cross‑line collaboration to implement new treasury solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and monitor regulatory changes.
